For Students

Introduction

AIESEC is a global, student-run organization that works to promote the development of individuals through its Global Exchange Program in addition to activities and events at Ohio State. Our mission and vision are to develop culturally aware individuals, deepen their understanding of the world in which we live and develop the skills and desire to become the facilitators of global change. We interview and accept college students and recent graduates of Ohio State and other Ohio colleges and universities, providing internships abroad as well as leadership opportunities.

AIESEC is more than an internship program; every person has a unique experience. Although our Global Exchange Program is an integral part of our mission, we also work to provide local experiences and leadership opportunities that encourage and support the development of socially conscious and culturally aware individuals. Additionally, the AIESEC global network provides a wealth of opportunities to meet and share experiences with incredible people.

We want people to have as many impactful experiences as possible, so there are a few things we look for in prospective participants. If you have the following qualities or want to develop them, AIESEC is the organization for you.

Membership is open for students who are interested in working abroad as well as for students who are just interested in being a part of the community and learning about world issues.
